More advanced movement patterns performed, monitored, and corrected to optimize strength and lose body fat. Other benefits include monthly body composition, progression tracking and goal setting sessions. Truly personal training without high cost. If you are looking to take your training to the next level this is for you. Saturday Perspire class included for two strength classes and one metabolic conditioning class!

The KINSTRETCH system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

Unlike many training systems, KINSTRETCH practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or that may be putting you at an increased chance of injury.

Nutrition is an important part of the battle. Get the guidance you need to succeed.

"Growing up I have always struggled with my weight and understanding what a healthy diet should look like. By the age of 12 I was on my first diet, insecure and trying every pill, fad or miracle plan to help me lean out and drop the extra pounds. This roller coaster continued into my mid twenties as I dropped over 90lbs. I dropped the muscle magazines and forgot about the next new fad I saw on the internet and learned about what it really takes to become lean. I am a constant work in progress and continue to evolve as I enjoy being on the cutting edge of what can truly help people see results.

My approach is to take a look at the individual's lifestyle, habits and path that led them to where they are now. With the individual approach we are able to work together as a team to come up with a plan that will work with your body and your lifestyle. It is a step by step approach that incorporates quality habits to help get results for the long term and take you off of the roller coaster. From that point it's about constant evolution, monitoring and support to help you achieve the goals you are looking for."
